  • There will be two officials per game.  Your cooperation with officials and scorekeepers is appreciated and expected. Coaches and players will be responsible for their players conduct on and off court.  Unacceptable behavior toward our volunteers will results in ejection from the tournament.
  • Please make sure you are ready for your games.  We will start early if court is ready.
  • You will need your own warm-up basketballs.  Game basketball will be provided.
  • Teams should bring two color jerseys (light and dark) with numbers.
  • No students/fans on courts during timeouts, halves, or between games.  No dribbling in hallways.
  • Medals will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.
  • Admission: $5 Adults, $3 K-12 Students, Free for preschool and younger
  • Concessions will be available at High School and Meadows gym locations.  No coolers allowed. Players can bring water bottles.



  • Game Times: 5 th/6 th/7 th/8 th:  20 minute halves
    • Clock will stop on dead balls during the last two minutes of the second half if the score is within 10 points.  If 11 point or more margin it will continue to run. Three-minute halftime.  Two timeouts per team per game.  
    • Overtime will be five minutes running clock. Second overtime is sudden death, first team to score.
  • Defense: 5 th/6 th/7 th/8 thGrade: Any defense is allowed, including full court press. Can press until 15+ margin.
  • 3-point shot will be played for all ages.
  • Free throw violation rules in effect for all ages.
  • Free throws: Normal bonus and double bonus On the 7th team foul of half, team will shoot 1 and 1 and shoot 2 on the 10th team foul.
  • Players will foul out on the fifth team foul.
  • All technical fouls will result in two free throws and the ball.
  • Two technical fouls in tournament will result in ejection.



  • Pool ties will be broken by: Head to head, fewest points allowed in games, point differential, coin flip.
  • Tournament officials reserve the right to make changes to the rules, pools, and schedule if conflicts arise.
  • Scorekeepers and scoreboard may or may not be provided so some parents may be asked to work the scorer’s table during your game.
